Matthew is partially autistic, desperately trying to sort out the chaos around him. Home is his world, the only place where he can find peace and stability, and when he has to relate with the outside world, explosive confrontations often happen. As a childhood friend, director Marc Schmidt filmed him from a point of view that expressed both distance and complicity, sometimes provoking strong reactions.
